Tile

Tile roofs are available in a variety of colors and styles. They are attractive, yet durable, however, durability comes with the cost of high and regular maintenance. They are heavy yet fragile, and walking on this type of roofs can break the tiles.

Engineered Materials

The engineered roofing materials are lightweight and long-lasting. They are attractive (available in different colors) and cost-effective. The only drawback is that they are not known to everybody.

Concrete

Concrete roofing is available in different shapes and colors and is extremely durable. It requires low maintenance and are relatively lightweight. It can be expensive as compared to other roofing types.
